# Booking Software for Tennis Coaches

Tennis coaching is mostly a mix: some one to one, some small groups, some juniors booked by a parent, spread across club courts and public courts and moved around by the weather. Most booking tools handle one of those well and the rest badly.

## How this compares

Tennis is oddly empty of established names. What fills the gap is small schedulers on one side and club software on the other, and neither is built round a coach working for themselves.

- **Vev, Zencal, Planubo, Time2book.** Small scheduling products, a few with a tennis page. Group sessions are thin, and none of it puts you in front of a player who has not already got your number.

## What it costs

Free to join, no subscription and no commission. The client pays a service fee at
checkout: a flat £1 on sessions up to £25, and 4% above that. On a £50 session the
client pays £52.99 and you receive £50.

## Questions

**Can players book a single place in a group session?**

Yes. You set the capacity and each place is booked and paid for individually, so a group of four is four confirmed, paid places rather than one booking you have to collect on.

**What happens when a session is rained off?**

You can cancel the session and the clients are notified. Because payment sits with the booking rather than in cash on the day, rescheduling does not mean unpicking who has paid.

**I coach at two clubs. Can I set different hours at each?**

Yes. Availability is set per location, including split days, so your Tuesday at one club and your Thursday at another are described separately.

**Is there a fee for group bookings?**

No. Zero commission applies to every booking type, one to one, group and multi week blocks alike. The platform is funded by a service fee the client pays at checkout: a flat £1 up to £25, and 4% above that.
