As a former 20 stone man who suffered with obesity, and dropped all of my past weight, I’m now on a mission to help others in a similar position become the stronger, fitter and (hopefully) happiest version of themselves. 

After being seriously overweight, to very skinny and frail, and now lean...I know how it feels to be both ends of the spectrum.
