Every platform has to start somewhere. For GoalMate, that somewhere was the North West of England - and the decision to go deep in one region before going wide turned out to be the right one.
Building a marketplace means solving the cold start problem on both sides - you need coaches for customers, and customers for coaches. The only way to do that without infinite marketing budget is to concentrate density. The North West gave us a region big enough to have real demand, small enough to build a real network.
55+ verified coaches - including personal trainers in Manchester, golf coaches in Liverpool, and football coaches across the North West. Full coverage across the North West. Expanding into the Midlands, with early conversations underway with the PGA for our golf coaching expansion.
The North West is the proof of concept. The model works - verified coaches, instant booking, seamless payments. Now we scale it: Midlands, then major cities, then national by the end of year two.
If you're a coach in a region we haven't reached yet - we're coming. Register your interest and be first when we launch in your area.
Coaching, everywhere. That's where we're going.
