How the platform is funded: the client pays a service fee on top of your price at checkout. A flat £1 on sessions up to £25, and 4% above that.

Getting set up

Create your profile. Your sports, specialisms, qualifications, venues and rates.
Connect Stripe. This is how you get paid, and it is what lets clients pay by card at the point of booking.
Set your availability. The hours you actually want to work, including split days and multiple locations.
Optionally sync your calendar. Existing commitments block out automatically.

Most coaches finish in 10 to 20 minutes. Nothing goes live until your identity and qualifications have been checked.

Self employed and freelance coaches across golf, tennis, football, personal training, yoga, pilates and cricket, currently in the North West and the Midlands. Common questions

Do I have to give up my existing clients?

No. You can bring existing clients onto the platform so their booking and payment runs through GoalMate too, or keep them entirely separate. It is your choice per client.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. There is no contract, no minimum term and no notice period. You can stop taking bookings whenever you want.

What does verified mean?

Before a profile goes live we check identity, review coaching qualifications, and complete Stripe Connect onboarding. It is what lets clients book someone they have never met with confidence.

How quickly do I get paid?

Payouts are handled by Stripe and go directly to your bank account, so you are not waiting on an invoice or chasing anyone.
