What it does

Bookings. Clients book against the hours you actually set, across multiple venues and split days, so there is no back and forth to agree a time.
Payments. Cards are charged at the point of booking through Stripe and paid out automatically to your bank. No invoices, no chasing, and no absorbing the cost of a no show.
Clients. A verified profile that ranks for your sport and area, so people can find and book you without knowing your name first.
Admin. Calendar sync, client messaging, session history and package tracking in one place rather than a spreadsheet and a message thread.

Software or marketplace, usually you pick one

A scheduling tool gives you a booking link, and everyone who uses it is someone you already found. The marketing stays entirely your problem.

A marketplace brings you clients but takes a cut of every session, so the better you do the more it costs you.

What it costs

Free to join and free to stay. There is no commission on any booking type and no subscription. You keep 100% of the session price you set. The platform is funded by a service fee the client pays on top at checkout: a flat £1 on sessions up to £25, and 4% above that. On a £50 session the client pays £52.99 and you receive £50. Is it really free?

Yes. No monthly fee, no signup cost and no commission. You keep 100% of every session price. The platform is funded by a service fee the client pays on top of your price.

How do I get paid?

Through Stripe. When a client books, payment is taken at that point. After the session the full session price is transferred to your bank account, with no commission and no Stripe fees deducted from your payout.

Which sports does GoalMate cover?

Golf, tennis, football, personal training, yoga, pilates and cricket.

Where does GoalMate operate?

The North West first, then the Midlands, with a limited number of founding coaches in each area.
