Most coaching software solves one half of the problem and leaves you the other half. Schedulers hand you a booking link. Who you send it to is still your department. Marketplaces do bring people, then charge you for the privilege on the way past. Programme apps only start once somebody is already on your books.
The tools are the same. How a sport is booked is not.
Yoga and pilates are supported too. They do not have a page here yet because those markets are studio led, and a thin page written to cover all seven would not help anybody choosing.

It shows people when you are free, lets them book and pay there and then, and keeps your diary, your clients and your money in one place. The test worth applying is whether it handles blocks and group sessions, because that is where most general appointment tools run out of road.
A general tool books an appointment. Coaching needs blocks sold up front, group sessions where each place is bought separately, different prices for different lengths, and more than one venue. Anything the software cannot model ends up as work you do by hand.
Three models are common. Commission takes a cut of each session. Subscriptions run from about 10 to 50 pounds a month, and the big marketplaces sit nearer the top of that. A few charge the coach nothing and put a fee on the client at checkout instead. Which works out cheapest comes down to how much you work.
GoalMate supports golf, tennis, football, personal training, yoga, pilates and cricket. The sport pages cover the five where the booking workflow differs most, but every sport is supported and the tools are the same.
Yes, and most coaches do. If you write programmes in one app and run your accounts in another, neither has to change. GoalMate covers being found, booked and paid, which is the part those tools were never built for.
Building a profile and setting your availability takes most coaches 10 to 20 minutes. After that there are two waits outside your hands: Stripe identity verification so you can be paid, and our check of your coaching qualifications before the profile goes public.
Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and the client is refunded automatically. Inside 24 hours the session is yours. Because the card was charged at the point of booking rather than on the day, a late cancellation is not a conversation you have to have.
Yes. Every coach is checked before their profile goes live, which is the reason a client booking somebody they have never met is willing to pay up front.
The software works anywhere in the UK. Client discovery does not yet: we are live across the North West and the Midlands, so if you coach elsewhere you can take bookings from day one but should not expect us to bring you new clients yet.
