Booking Software for Golf Coaches

Take lesson bookings and payment in one place, and keep every pound of your lesson price.

Golf coaching has more booking software aimed at it than most sports, and most of it is a general scheduling tool with a golf landing page bolted on. What a working coach needs is narrower: a lesson diary that respects daylight and weather, blocks sold up front, and payment taken before someone fails to turn up.

GoalMate handles the booking, the payment and the diary, and puts your profile in front of golfers already searching for a coach in your area. You set your lesson prices and you keep all of them.

Free to join, no subscription, no commission.

What golf coaches actually lose time and money to

What you get

What it costs

Free to join, no subscription, and no commission on any booking. You keep 100% of the session price you set. The client pays a service fee on top at checkout: a flat £1 on sessions up to £25, and 4% above that. See the full pricing breakdown.

How this compares to the usual options

Search golf lesson booking and you get two kinds of result: schedulers with a golf page, and systems written for a facility. Here is where each one leaves you.

Koalendar, Picktime, Bookeo, Setmore

General appointment schedulers with a golf landing page for search.

You get a link. Finding somebody to send it to stays your problem, and a block of lessons is something you fake rather than sell.

Upper Hand

Facility and academy management, sold to organisations.

Priced for a building. One pro with a diary pays for a lot of machinery they will never switch on.

Lesson Pro and similar golf apps

Lesson admin for golf, usually with video analysis and notes attached.

All of it happens after somebody has booked. Every pupil is still one you found yourself.

Every figure above was read from the platform's own public pricing page in September 2026, and is quoted in the currency it is published in rather than converted. Published rates change, so treat this as the starting point for your own check. Where a column says none published, the platform does not state a figure on a public page.

Golf coaching, answered

Can I charge different prices for different lesson lengths?

Yes. Each service has its own duration and price, so a 30 minute putting lesson and a 60 minute full swing session sit side by side on your profile with their own rates.

How do I stop losing money on no shows?

Payment is taken at the point of booking rather than at the lesson, so the slot is paid for before anyone needs to turn up.

Does GoalMate work if I coach at more than one venue?

Yes. You can attach different locations to different services and set separate availability at each, including split days.

What does GoalMate cost a golf coach?

Nothing to join, no monthly fee and no commission. The platform is funded by a service fee the client pays on top of your lesson price: a flat £1 up to £25, and 4% above that. On a £50 lesson the client pays £52.99 and you receive £50.
